I'm having issues accessing the website using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. For some reason, I am able to access the forums. But every other page I get a critical error message.

Critical error - bailing out This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occuring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other. Unfortunately a query has failed [SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ocp_stats WHERE date_and_time>1729539458 LIMIT 1] [Table './philmnet_ecloudcpr1/ocp_stats' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed] (version: 9.0.40, PHP version: 5.4.45, URL: /index.php?page=start) Details here are intended only for the website/system-administrator, not for regular website users. » If you are a regular website user, please let the website staff deal with this problem. Depending on the error, and only if the website installation finished, you may need to edit the installation options (the info.php file). ocProducts maintains full documentation for all procedures and tools. These may be found on the ocPortal website. If you are unable to easily solve this problem, we may be contacted from our website and can help resolve it for you.

Been having the same problem for at least a month.  Have tried all the same browsers.  Am guessing the site is just dormant and not maintained.  I would really like to retrieve my CEU/pdh data.   Not sure who to contact.

It's been going on for multiple months for me, so I'm guessing you are correct. Unfortunately, I have years of data stored on the site that I need to retrieve.

Same issue here for me and several others at my company.  I've tried Chrome and Edge.  It seems to be intermittent - the entire site will be down for days or weeks, and suddenly I find a link that works and I'm back in.  Literally today I couldn't access at all and tonight it is almost flawless with exception of a couple links.  Hope that helps.

Hi All, it was found that the site database had a partial failure in one of the tables. This has been repaired, and the site should be fully operational again.

The error resulted in the system not sending a notification email to the admin (me) so my apology for the delayed fix.

Please let me know if you are running into any additional issues with the site functioning properly.

Thank you.
