When viewing free PDH courses that offer a free PDH or CEU training certificate how is this downloaded?

• IT is common that you can download the presentation materials, and the PDH/CEU certificate or certificate test while the presentation is taking place using buttons or tabs on the presentation screen.  These buttons may be on the top, bottom, or side of the presentation window depending on the program they are using. While the webinar presentation is ongoing these links usually allow you to download the presentation materials, and if available PDH certificates or take a test to get the PDH certificate printout.  Once the presentation is over these links usually stop working so you have to use them during the presentation. Once you use them to open the screen you can typically download these items or take the test after the presentation (as long as you opened them when the presentation was running).
• Many sites require that you pass a short quiz to download the PDH certificate as some licensing boards require this to make the PDH training count towards PDH totals.

• Many sites post the presentations in their "on demand" sections following the live presentation.  This usually becomes available within a few days of the presentation taking place.  To download the materials or PDH certificates from archived or on-demand webinars  re-sign up for the on-demand webinar using the webinar registration link.  Follow the procures described in the first paragraph at the top of this post (above) to download the materials and tests while viewing the on-demand webinar.
• Some webinar or webcast providers will also email you a link to download the presentation materials, the PDH certificate, or to take the webinar quiz following the presentation.
• A few of the training providers will also email you a copy of the PDH certificate following the presentation if you missed pressing the button to get it while viewing the presentation.  This usually requires you contact the presentation organizer and request a copy.
